Individual online counseling
Individual sessions start with 1-3 intake sessions to elaborate on what you are struggling with right now and what contributed to you current situation. In these exploratory sessions we will also figure out a main goal you want to work towards during our later sessions and make a plan how to achieve this. After the first exploration, I will offer you tools you can try at home in your own time to deal with what you are dealing with and we will have check up sessions to see what works and possibly add something else. Sessions will most likely give you new insights and tools, but real change happens in your daily life when you implement what you have learned during therapy.
For outdoor counseling we can meet somewhere in the outdoors (when we happen to be at the same place at the same time) and hold the session there. Usually, there will be exploratory sessions before to decide on a focus and get to know each other beforehand, but it’s also possible to meet outside right away. These sessions are a combination of conversational therapy and using the environment to really experience something new rather than just talking about it.
Group trainings / workshops
I offer procrastination trainings, 21 Day Meditation Challenge whatsapp groups, silent meditation retreats, and workshops on festivals. This summer I will offer workshops about dream visualisation based on acceptance and commitment therapy on festivals in Germany and The Netherlands .
